How do I sign up with Pioneer Internet

Signing up for Dial Up or High Speed Internet service with Pioneer is quick and easy!

• The username you give the Help Desk Tech will also be the first part of your e-mail address;
  please choose a username with care. (Example: username@pld.com - The username may not start with a number, have any special characters and must by 4 to 8 characters long.)



• You will then be asked to choose a password. (This password may not have any special characters and must be 4 to 8 characters long.)



• The security word is used to prove your identity when calling our Help Desk with questions.
  (This security word may not have any special characters and must be 4 to 8 characters long.)

Special Characters include underscore marks ( _ ), commas (,), dashes (-), etc.
