Signing up for Internet service with Pioneer is quick and easy!

Once you are set-up you will be ready to configure your browser program.

  Please note the following: 

• The username you give the Help Desk Tech will also be the first part of your e-mail address; please pick with care.

• You will then be asked to choose a password.

• The security word is used to prove your identity when calling our Help Desk with questions. It needs to be a 5 to 8 character code.
