Double-click on MY COMPUTER. Double-click on Dial-Up Networking.

Double-click MAKE NEW CONNECTION.

Enter
Pioneer Internet to name the connection.

Enter the
area code and your local internet access number (with
no dashes or spaces). Choose NEXT. Choose FINISH.

In the DIAL
UP NETWORKING window, right click on the PIONEER INTERNET icon and go
to Properties.
For Windows 95 users, uncheck - Use country code and
area code.
For Windows 98 users, uncheck - Use area code and
dialing properties.

Go to the
SERVER TYPES tab. Under Advanced Options check only - Enable Software
Compression.
Under Allowed Network Protocols check only - TCP/IP.
Click on the TCP/IP SETTINGS button, Server Assigned IP address and
Server Assigned name server address should be marked. At the bottom,
check both - Use IP header Compression and Use default gateway on
remote network.

Click OK
twice.

You should
now be back in the DIAL UP NETWORKING window, right click on the
PIONEER INTERNET icon and CREATE SHORTCUT from the pop-up menu. When
prompted to place the shortcut to the desktop select YES.

From your
desktop screen, double-click your SHORTCUT TO PIONEER INTERNET.

Enter your
USERNAME and PASSWORD as indicated in the dialog box (if available
click SAVE PASSWORD).

Click
CONNECT.

Your
network conection will be established and you may launch your Internet
Explorer or Netscape Navigator/Communicator Browser or E-Mail
application.
