Double click on the Internet icon in the Control Panel. This will open the Internet Properties window.

Click on the Connection tab.

The Connection properties will be displayed and the page will look similar to:

Click on the "Connect..." button to open the Internet Connection Wizard to begin setting your computer up.

Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Select the middle option, and click on the "Next" button to continue.

The next step is to create a dial-up connection to Pioneer.

Make sure you select the first option Connect using my phone line.

Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Enter the telephone number for your eftel connection

Be sure to remove the check mark from the box next to Dial using the area code and country code.

Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Your user name and password were given to you by Pioneer when you arranged your connection. Enter your user name in the User name field, for example:

jbloggs@pld.com

Also, you need to enter your password into the Password box. Note that for security reasons your password is displayed as a series of *'s on the screen. You will not be able to see the actual password when you type it in.

Click on the "Next" button to continue.

Select the option No, and click on the "Next" button to continue.

In the Connection Name field type in the name:

Pioneer

Click on the "Next" button to continue.
