not charge for telephone assistance with the user’s computer; however,
standard phone charges still apply.
Pioneer will
assist users at no charge with most standard Internet software. This
includes configuration of the TCP/IP stack for Windows, Apple OS
System 7.5 and higher, Internet Explorer, Netscape, Eudora E-Mail,
Netscape E-Mail, News Readers, and others. |

Support on a
non-standard software product, we may require a copy of the software
and time to research the product before being able to assist you and

Assistance
with hardware is limited to basic troubleshooting. Pioneer is not able
to offer assistance with BIOS settings or physical replacement of
