Instructions for Uploading by FTP to your FREE User Homepage with Microsoft FrontPage 2003

After you have your web designed in FrontPage, it is time to upload to the server.

With your web opened in FrontPage - Goto - File -- Publish Site A Remote Web Site Properties dialog box should appear. [If it does not appear, you'll need to click on the "Remote Web Site Properties" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.] In the dialog box - Choose the radial button in front of FTP: In the Remote Web Site Location field type in: ftp://users.pld.com In the FTP directoryfield type in: homepage

Next: A Name and Password dialog box should appear. Type in your username for your master account and your password (which is your email password for your master account). Click OK In the lower right corner select Local to Remote and click Publish Web Site A bar should start going across to show your files are moving. When all the files are transferred, in the lower left corner you should see documentation that the transfer was Successful.
