Pioneer Communications no longer offers Free User Homepages.

• Customer homepages that are currently active at 'users.pld.com/userid' are view-only sites.
• Free User Homepages are now available for all pld.com customers with their Google® Apps login.
• You can create complete websites by logging into PLD.com Login and choosing "Sites" from the menu at the top. These Free sites are more beneficial to you because your allowed more space, a customized look and feel, many template options, and more.

• Support and troubleshooting for google sites can be found here.
• If you have any questions, or if you need a copy of your files that you had on the old system, please contact webmaster@pld.com

If you are having problems publishing your commercial web, we offer support.

• The rates are as follows: $55.00 per/hour
• There is a 15 minute minimum charge on calls.

Pioneer is NOT able to assist with remote web sites (ie: Ebay). Each of these locations has their own policies and individual users wanting to use these sites must contact technical support of the site for specific information. Pioneer is able to provide fee based assistance relating to web page creation.
