If you are having problems publishing your homepage,
we offer support on some software products.

The rates are as follows:
$55.00 per/hour
There is a 15 minute minimum charge on calls.
This includes all help with FTP clients and most HTML editors.

Pioneer is NOT able to assist with remote web sites (ie: Ebay). Each of these locations has their own policies and individual users wanting to use these sites must contact technical support of the site for specific information. Pioneer is able to provide fee based assistance relating to web page creation for users personal web pages or business sites.
