- Yes, if you are maintaining your FREE user homepage site you are welcome to use any HTML program and any FTP Client of your choice. PLEASE REMEMBER: THERE IS NO FTP ACCESS ALLOWED OUTSIDE OUR SYSTEM. FTP WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRING FILES WITHIN PIONEER COMMUNICATIONS INTERNET SYSTEM. Can Pioneer Internet host, design, maintain and update my Commercial Web Site?

Can I design, maintain and update my own Commercial Web Site?
- Yes, you are welcome to maintain your own Commercial web site but please remember there is NO FTP access allowed on that server. Pioneer Internet utilizes the Microsoft FrontPage extentions on that server, uploading can easily be accomplished by using Microsoft Expression Web to build and upload your site with. More information on Microsoft Expression Web may be found here You are welcome to use any other editing program to create your pages with, but if that program doesn't utilize the FrontPage extensions for uploading with, we will not be able to support it.
